Forging Capabilities
Rachamallu Forgings specializes in open-die forging for aerospace, defence, power generation, and heavy engineering applications, delivering high-integrity components engineered for critical service conditions.
Our forging facility is equipped with two pneumatic hammers and one hydraulic press, offering a total annual forging capacity of 1000 tons. We manufacture forged components ranging from 5 kg to 600 kg, supporting both precision and heavy-duty applications.
Each forging is produced under strict process to ensure optimal grain flow alignment, mechanical strength, and dimensional accuracy. All components undergo in-process and final inspections to meet customer drawings and requirements.

Rachamallu Forgings operates a fully integrated in-house heat treatment facility designed to achieve precise and repeatable metallurgical properties.
The facility comprises of four electric furnaces and equipped with automated temperature monitoring and digital recording systems. This ensures accurate control, full traceability, and compliance with stringent quality requirements.

To deliver near-net or fully machined forged components, Rachamallu Forgings offers integrated machining support using CNC turning centre, VMC, and plano milling machines.
Our machining infrastructure supports both heavy and precision machining requirements, enabling tight tolerances and consistent quality across complex geometries.
Our integrated forging and machining capabilities enable us to serve global OEMs with reliable, high-precision components for demanding industrial and aerospace applications.
